Why do you serve in Kids Ministry?

This is an email I sent to all our parents to recruit some new volunteers.

It worked well. 

We have been doing small groups for nine months and our kids look forward to it. 

Do you know that each lesson of Super Church 2.0 has a Small Group lesson?

I find that leading Small Groups is the best way to recruit and keep volunteers. It’s gratifying and they feel like they are making a difference in a child’s life.
