Most Kid Ministry Pastors say that their biggest need is for more volunteers, but this may not be the case.

It’s possible that your biggest need is for your current volunteers to step up and become leaders.

The truth is that if you get more leaders then the volunteers will follow.

What is the absolute best way to get your leaders to grow?

Ask your volunteers to teach on Leadership.

A few years ago I wrote a new 12-week curriculum on leadership.

I wrote it for my kids, but one of the side benefits was it caused my adult leaders to grow in their leadership

Nobody wants to be a hypocrite.

If your volunteers are teaching the kids on Leadership, it creates an internal conviction on their heart.

This is what I have noticed about my volunteers.

My leaders are quicker to do the things that they teach more so than the things that I teach.

Can you teach kids about leadership?

Absolutely!

I have been doing it for over 20 years.

Many of the kids in my class are in leadership today as adults.
