Thank you!
The job of the Kid Min pastor can be thankless. So I wanted to take a moment and thank you.
Thank you for all of the endless crafts that you have prepared.
Thank you for buying bags and bags of candy.
Thank you for training the volunteers.
Thank you for changing diapers, wiping noses, and cleaning up vomit.
Thank you for the hours of preparation you put in every week.
Thank you for the love you give to every kid that walks in your door.
Thank you for giving to the Lord.
Thank you for training and mentoring young leaders.
Thank you for pouring into the least of these. I am thanking you because the kids aren’t able to and maybe the parents don’t know that you need it.
You are amazing, and don’t give up!

Thank you, for training us. Thank you for sharing your experiences in the Red book. Thank you for creating wonderful curriculum. Thank you for all you do!
I actually shared this post with my volunteers as well, because sometimes I do not thank them enough. Even though they might not have upon them the same level of pressure and need to prepare ahead of time as the people that work full time in the ministry, but still they do so much. They are the KidMins’ hands and feet to reach the kids with the love of Jesus week after week.
So a big shout out to all the volunteers in Children Ministry! =)
I completely agree! We love our volunteers as well!
I appreciate you sharing this – our church in in transition as our senior pastor retired. Things have been challenging & while taking on extra duties and overseeing additional things, i have found myself a bit more tired than usual, weary and under appreciated. This was what I needed as a reminder that there are people who get it.
