Kids have changed a lot in the past 20 years. If we want to reach children with the Gospel, then we must speak their language and yet many churches are refusing to change. They still use the same tools they used 20 years ago. A greater concern is churches that will change their message to be relevant today.
Is it possible for a church to be cool, relevant and supernatural?
Absolutely! In these last days our kids don’t need less of God’s spirit they need more. It is our responsibility to give this generation the tools they need to fight the enemy.
Our culture is always changing because people are constantly changing and yet the Bible says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and forever.”
Our challenge as Christians is to connect people (who are always changing) with a God who never changes. The apostle Paul said it like this, “I become all things to all men that by all means I might win some.”
To reach this generation, we must create sophisticated tools and maintain the purity of the Gospel at the same time. In other words, change our methods, but not our message. This is what the new Super Church 2.0 is all about.
Each quarter of Super Church 2.0 cost $30,000 to produce. We have created eight quarters of Super Church 2.0. Our total investment is $300,000.00 to produce two years of Super Church 2.0.
Why did we make this investment?
It’s simple. If we don’t change we will lose a generation. If you package an eternal message in an old wrapper it seems like an old message.
We need to be relevant and we need to be deep. If it’s not relevant we will lose a generation. If it’s not deep why do it?
The good news is, We Can Do Both!
