THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL TAKE THE CHICKEN OUT OF YOU

(Rubber Chicken)

Have you ever been afraid to tell others about Jesus?  If  you have, you are not the only one.  Jesus said you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you.  The purpose of the power is for us to be witnesses for Him.  So if you are afraid to tell others about Jesus, receive the Holy Spirit.

SOAK UP THE HOLY SPIRIT – (Sponge)

The Bible talks about us being filled with the Holy Spirit.  But we can also soak up the Holy Spirit.  We do that by reading the Bible, going to church, worshipping the Lord (at church and at home).  When we spend time with God, remember to SOAK up all you can.

GO TO ALL THE WORLD

(Rubber Pig)

Peter had a vision.  In that vision he saw a pig and the Lord said to eat of the pig.  What is strange about this is that Peter was Jewish and the custom was to NOT eat pigs.  What was the Lord saying here? Remember when Jesus left He told His disciples to “go into all the world” and tell them the gospel.  At this time – 10 years later, they had not done this one thing.  God was telling Peter it was time for change.  Time to tell the Gentiles about salvation.

THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS GIFTS FOR US – (Saw and Pliers)

If you are trying to cut a piece of  wood you need the right tool to cut the wood.  You can’t use pliers to cut wood.  You need a saw.  You need the right tool.  You have gifts inside that the Holy Spirit has given you.  You don’t have a Junior Holy Spirit inside of you.  Use the gifts He has given you now.
